This Privacy Policy explains how Funnel Den Ltd ("Funnel Den", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit funnelden.com and its subdomains, download our resources, book a call, or receive emails or text messages from us.
Funnel Den Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16737753), with its registered office at: UK, 31 Long Row, South Shields, NE33 1JA. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller of your personal information.

2. The information we collect
Information you give us:
Your name, email address and phone number when you download a resource (such as The Funnel Leak Test) or fill in a form
Your business name, website, industry and details about your business and marketing that you share on forms or during a call
Appointment details when you book a call such as The Funnel Teardown
The content of any emails, text messages or chat messages you send us
Information collected automatically:
Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit and actions you take on our sites
Whether you open our emails or click links in them
Information from cookies and similar technologies (see section 8)
Information from third parties:
If you reach us through an advertisement, the advertising platform (such as Meta) may share information about how you interacted with the ad

4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Funnel Den. These may include replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages about resources you requested, and occasional marketing messages about our services.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, depending on your activity and any appointments you book.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. UK recipients may be charged by their network for replies.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.
Numbers: We text US contacts from a US number and UK contacts from a UK number.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not stop us using service providers who deliver messages on our behalf (see section 5), and they may use the information only to provide that service.
UK messages are sent in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). US messages are sent in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.
5. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
HighLevel (GoHighLevel): our CRM, website, email, calendar and SMS platform, including its telecom partners who carry our text messages
Meta Platforms: to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising
Video call provider, e.g. Zoom or Google Meet: to hold calls
Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary
Authorities, where the law requires us to
Our providers act on our instructions and must keep your information secure.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. When your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards. These include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
7. How long we keep your information
Leads and contacts: for as long as you stay engaged with us, then up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
Clients: for the length of our relationship plus six years, for legal and accounting purposes
Unsubscribes: if you opt out of emails or texts, we keep a minimal record of your email address or number so we can honour that request
8. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how our sites are used and to measure our advertising. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
9. Your rights
If you are in the UK, you have the right to:
access the personal information we hold about you
have it corrected or deleted
restrict or object to how we use it
ask for a copy to be transferred to you or someone else
withdraw your consent at any time
If you are in the United States, depending on your state you may have rights to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will honour these requests wherever we reasonably can, whether or not a specific state law applies to us.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure, access-controlled systems. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
