These terms apply to your use of funnelden.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), the free resources we provide, calls you book with us, and the emails and text messages we send you. The Site is run by Funnel Den Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16737753), with its registered office at UK, 31 Long Row, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 1JA ("Funnel Den", "we", "us").

By using the Site, downloading a resource or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who our services are for

Our Site, resources and services are for businesses and people acting in the course of their business. They are not intended for anyone under 18.

3. Free resources

Free resources such as The Funnel Leak Test are provided for your own business use. You may use them within your business, but you may not resell, republish or distribute them without our written permission. All content on the Site and in our resources is owned by or licensed to Funnel Den and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Calls and consultations

When you book a call, such as The Funnel Teardown:

Please turn up on time, or reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation.

Recommendations we make on a call are general guidance based on the information you share. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.

A free call does not create any obligation on either side. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

5. No guarantee of results

We share marketing, funnel and automation guidance in good faith, based on our experience. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, market, budget and how you put the advice into practice, so we cannot guarantee any particular leads, sales or revenue. Any examples or results we mention are illustrations, not promises.

6. Third-party tools and links

We may refer to or link to third-party tools and websites, including HighLevel (GoHighLevel). Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party products, services or websites, and they have their own terms.

7. SMS terms

What you'll receive: If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Funnel Den. These may include replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages about resources you requested, and occasional marketing messages about our services.

Frequency: Message frequency varies, depending on your activity and any appointments you book.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To join again, reply START or opt in again on one of our forms.

Consent is optional: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or other harmful code, scraping content, or using the Site for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to that:

Free resources and free calls are provided "as is", and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them or reliance on them.

We are not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Site, free resources and free calls will not exceed £100.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
